SATAN - the world's greatest ENEMY - Busy body?
In Sarawak, the malay kampong folks would called it in BM, '...menjaga tepi kain orang'. Of course what transpired is what we called GOSSIPING in English. Gossips are always about people. Most are baseless, half-truths and laughable. Almost all are due to the work of busy bodies. And Satan is laughing away alright! wow...

The ONE MALAYSIA CONCEPT
I feel the educational system must first be addressed. Children from DAY 1 at school must be integrated into a system where there is a common language (BM) for all and a common identity (the Malaysian identity) for all. Breaking them up into Tamil, Malay or Chinese schools like what we have now is just doing the opposite and the concept will be a far cry!

Be CLEAR on...?
The HAK-CHEW
PM means business - a new agenda
He wants doers in the Malaysian civil service, not mere seat warmers. So, it's a clear message to all government servants to 'pull up their socks'. Of course, the Malaysian civil service is mainly staffed by Bumiputeras, the malays dominating.
You and I both know that our civil service has for many years been subjected to all kinds of political bureaucracy and far from performing their best, the majority slumber into a lack lustre mode. So our dear Najib has taken a bold step in the right direction and winning support. Hopefully the people can see a new beginning. It needs a tremendous amount of effort to clean up the mess, mend the loop holes and replace the non-performers. The whole machinery from the top down needs a shake-up and re vamping will take time. But still it boils down to the individual worker to do his or her part to help the system recover, failing which we will only be dreaming...wow!

Straightforward and Simple Protection
Personal hygiene is most important and that includes washing up any dirty clothes...they smell because of bacterial growth...do you realise that you are leaving millions of skin cells behind on your clothes...wow...that's how they survive...so do the washing quickly, don't keep them overnight!
Water thoughts ...
other than the RO Water which is mineral free and excellent for kidney patients, the rest are all filtered tap water. No joke, it's more expensive than petrol for something out of the tap...wow...maybe you should think of investing in a good water filter...from me, let's 4get this pure water stuff we called AIR MINERAL...at least know what you are drinking and paying for...tap water + plastic bottle!

This thing called KANGTAO
Would it be an uphill task to eradicate it...I thought schools have moral studies but if teachers are on the take themselves, what do you expect? Well, we have to start somewhere with this "i scratch your back, you scratch my back" thing!
Muscle ache is normal...
However, if it causes you pain or soreness in any areas of your joints while lifting something, then it may need some attention. The bottom line is give your body physical work activities on a regular basis. Either in the form of exercise in the gym or outdoors or the normal house chores, they will do you a lot of good.

My thoughts on COMPASSION
It is through compassion that we prepare ourselves for natural disasters, using science and technology to help us in our effort to make the world a safer place for all to live. Compassion strikes out at the very heart of our existence. It exists in all of us.

Hot Day - Humid and DUSTY
Although our organs are made to filter most of the dusts we inhale (e.g. our mucous membrane trap the dusts and reason why you throw out thick phlegm from your throat in the morning), you are not protected 100%.
Music is a STRESS reliever - 100%
Effects of SUGAR on your system
Obesity - excess sugar will be stored as fats in your fat cells
Tooth decay - accelerate bacterial growth
Immune System Malfunctioning - bacteria in your blood depend and feed on sugar to multiply (do you want them to be out of control?)
Aging - a process called glycation can occur, causing our body tissues, especially our skin to loose its elasticity (reason some people experience skin wrinkling so quickly)
Diabetes - spiking your blood sugar level can damage your pancreas.
So, starting today, try reducing your sugar intake...and you know why they are always there in your food, basically for taste...wow!
Sugar and YOU
Wow...the message here is CONTROL your sugar intake or the uptake of sugar by your body. I can only advise you...I cannot help you for consuming the palatable stuff! Take K.

Chicken ala carte
It makes the filipinos and filipinas look so stupid in a way. My filipino friend says he's disgusted after watching it. Is this true?...having to scavenge like that or was it just concocted...a make-up story, cocked up by someone there...Never mind about GOD, money comes first! Nope, those scenes in Africa convinced me...not this!
the word OPPOSITION in Malaysia
I certainly feel disgusted when this word is used loosely by politicians. In Malaysia you may be called an 'opposition' if you stand by your principles...wow too bad!

Wow...Not a Sermon but just Sharing the facts of life
The fact that all religions teach us to honour integrity, practice morality and live by the truth; it has not deterred humans from lying which may result in a crime being committed. Is religion the root cause of any of our troubles as evidenced by the sorrows we see around us? The answer is NO. We are the creators of our own sufferings for manipulating religion. God gave us a special gift in the MIND together with a body and a soul. He also gave us another power which I called CHOICE. It is choice that plays a role when we tell a lie. When the mind is exhausted of decisions to tell the truth, it sails through a sea of temptations and eventually decide to settle with a lie. The irony about lying is, it has been filtered by choice, and it uses choice. Even with a temptation, GOD has given us the power of choice to get out of it. If we do not use this power wisely by choosing the right from the wrong, we are indeed bowing to the powers of evil and submitting to the devil.
The PLASTIC shock!
Of course they are dangerous. As by products of petroleum, consisting of a combinative formulation of carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and some other elements, plastic are commercially used for wrapping and etc, etc, etc. and never will be edible.
Not an uncommon encounter, Just take care when you eat! If there are no plastic shockers around, those strains of hairs at odd places will make you throw out...wow!

Smokers ...try reducing
I thought for a moment I was a second hand smoker. Smoke from the cigarettes contain well over 3000 types of chemicals and their nanograms, which by measurement is a billionth of a gram are not considered acute but can prove to be chronic in the long run. Acute means you are exposed to a continuous 15 minutes of exposure whilst chronic takes months and years to develop, for which when symptoms surface, you may be diagnosed with a irreversible lung disease. Wow, if it's lung cancer, then you have had it!
So for you smokers, there are 3 things you need to know: the TAR from the tobacco smoke you inhaled can ultimately block the lining of the air sacs in your lungs (reason why many smokers experience shortness of breath following a physical activity), the NICOTINE which create that europharatic sensation or feelings of being high you experience and the chemical compound of HARMANE that can spike insulin in your blood. This is the reason smokers tend to look for something to drink when they smoke and can skip lunch or dinner for a stick of cigarette. By the way..reason you want another stick after maybe say one hour after your last puff is due to what is called the 'nicotine withdrawal' effect. For now, that's it....Wow...

Your comments are very much appreciated.
Tiredness ..feeling lousy
Now, a better answer is, you should have avoided getting unduly tired in the first place. Being tired is normal, being unduly tired on a normal working day is not normal. Watch out for unusual symptoms like dizziness when you are tired. The urge to drink more and eat more when you are tired is also normal. You see, the body's metabolism has to readjust itself to compensate for the lack of sleep which could be the main cause of you being tired. Your body's' cells are going through the regenerating process every second of the day thus what and how you feed them are worth a thought and of importance. At a time when you feel lousy, physically or mentally, your cells are really shouting out aloud "Hi stop...rest me, feed me, stop tormenting me". So, when you are tired, the decision lies with you to give yourself a rest in whatever manner it pleases you.
Keep healthy...and I welcome your questions.

Show some RESPECT...WOW
Now let's begin with something...impromptu that is, what shall I write. OK, let's look at this big little word of RESPECT. What is this all about? What is your perception of it? Well, here in Malaysia, people have been outrageous recently with their political beliefs so much so that they have gone out shouting a little bit too loud at the Rajahs... which literally means 'ruler'. Yeah, here we have the Sultans where you need to accord them respect at the highest level, certainly more than half a dozen of them must all be respected by the people. But rest assured, doing that we don't have to encrypt ourselves by going overboard. The idea of throwing you out or putting you in the box for some uncalled remarks would be breaching the very principles of democracy! But pelting stones at the Sultans' motorcade is downright wrong! I am no racist, no religious fanatic, no extremist... just an ordinary Malaysian blogger wanting to share my thoughts with respect and a measure of restraint. You see, respect will only work with some sincere, positive gestures from both parties. Obama shows respect to everyone he meets and has not faltered. So far, so good. Just in case you are a Malaysian, let's begin by respecting this ONE MALAYSIA concept, I am your countryman, born and bred here. My message is, give respect its due, respect one another, only then will we be able to create a harmonic principle of sort in the country.
Lately, I have been following some talk shows on our Malaysian tv channels anchored for a myriad of reasons..wow great stuff ! Our learned friends of "Drs" and "Profs" almost all with the title Datuk appearing on the shows are great people. I am also a Dato but by natural means. Here in Malaysia, the malay word 'Datuk' means grandpa. My grandchildren have started learning their respect by showing tremendous respect to me which embarrassed me at times. I know I shouldn't be. This is how it goes with the Malaysian culture, respect is shown at an early age. What a pity, we are losing this beautiful culture...it's eroding from our scene. Just a down to earth lecturer I am, I ve been trying to show respect to all my students everday in the lecture room. And I got back what I wanted.
RESPECT is my word for today. Either he's a KING or the poor old lady you called an AMAH, give RESPECT and show RESPECT...it begins with you and me.
