>>News:
It’s Google’s 11th birthday on Sunday, September 27th: to celebrate, the company has changed its logo to a version that turns the letter “L” into the number 11. The logo is already viewable in Europe.

The dreaded Tidal of the Tsunami is appearing once more, this time in SAMAO and Indonesia.

Emergency workers have given up hope of finding more survivors from the horrific Samoan tsunami as its feared death toll climbed toward 190.

High seas and tidal waves are certainly dangerous to boats and ships as the next clip will show you.

Water is a big hazard in the rivers, seas and oceans, it definitely is but Water too, is the NUTRIENT we must have to survive...clean drinkable water, that is.

EAT ONLY WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER...KNOW THE NUTRITIOUS FOOD AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BALANCED DIET.
..these of course are words of advice you hear very often. When everyone is trying to be a GURU of this diet thing and claiming authority, it can make us feel fairly deceptive, our perception becomes cloudy and we are confused. Some of the materials we may get to hear are good advice, some are mind boggling, yet some are just downright impractical. The following is a good video clip which I found to be interesting and straightforward...NO hoo haa ! There are a lot of TIPS you will find useful here... LISTEN please.

<< MONDAY > TUESDAY > wow, what would you do if you are the World's Richest Man?

If one Indian has become the World's richest man, another certainly knows his way round the blocks, he has turned cow dungs into batteries and no smell too ...it's the 1st Law of Thermodynamics... "...that nothing is lost...." wow...watch...

An UGLY incident can occur at any moment unexpectedly
, you can be robbed by thugs, knocked down by a vehicle or just shot at, of course in Malaysia carrying firearms in public is an offense and you need a special license for that. Watch the following clips.

Do you Give In or Fight back?
WOW....do watch some of the other EXOTIC clips too! uc...u need a little bit of time to browse...this is the INTERNET... itself a hidden CAMERA! wow....

Have you ever thought what drives a person to steal? Money, yes. Fun, no. To the thief, stealing is an easy way to get money but with a very high risk. This is known to them. Thieves are much cleverer than what you think they are not. It is an art. They even lurk in the internet, the best cover for disguise.
I will reserve my thoughts on commercial thieves and thieves manipulating the system, robbing you and me out of our hard earned cash.

And really, ANYTHING can happen at ANYTIME ANYWHERE...watch the next clip.

So what have i got 4u today, FRIDAY...ok,..we all face changes in life, all kinds of changes...a job change can be stressful, just about anything can bring stress ...well, POSITIVE stress is OK, you are challenged but when you are STRESSED and TIRED at the same time and I am referring to your physical ability to perform, you need help, you need advice, you need guidance. When you feel TIRED, unduly tired...we called it FATIGUE..... You try to do something, you feel tired, your body gets weaker, you put off something to another day - you build up your backlog, you get more stressed out....Let's follow the 3 clips below which I think will help you IF you are one of those that feel TIRED (always). Coincidentally my daughter Chris who resides in KL called me earlier to ask me exactly on the same thing...TIREDNESS

"Our environment has changed. The last 100 years has wiped out millions of years of pure, clean food and water. And our bodies haven’t adapted quickly enough. We weren’t designed to live in our current world of man-made chemicals, toxins and pollutants".

The word SOMBONG strikes me again! A blogger stupidly (or cleverly stupid) called him the CHICKENSHIT Minister of Misinformation...see the clip below

Tolong lah, JAGA language sikit kawan....Taiee Ayam,,,, apa pasal pulak>>>

I was at the bank this afternoon (Thursday) --- saw a beggar, an old man with his feet diseased (skin lesions) in front of the bank, sitting on the five foot way...he used to be at other banks too ironically.... and i know he will be picked up around 5 pm by a Toyota car. I told myself that this is a wicked world! How could he be sent there to the bank(s) in the morning to beg and picked up in the evening after begging?

This Begging AFFAIR sometimes take place between 2 people, at home...wow

BEGGING Your Wife and WIFE, BEGGING Your Husband!! Now, now....

Let's be clear on this wife - husband stuff (laki bini, suami isteri):
Love aside, you don't OWN him or her.

Muslims can marry 4 WIVES (many wished they could but only attained the 1 or 2 status) and if a Rich Chinese tycoon wants to maRRY 7 WIVES, so be it! WE ALL WANT CHANGE!! >>News: Two Indonesian wives, Munfiatun and Arina, of slain militant leader Noordin Mohammed Top have been blocked by police in their bid to bury his body on Indonesian soil, their lawyer said today.<<

So all we look for is CHANGE....for better or for worst!

The evolution of life itself materializes from CHANGE!

And if u want some change, LOOK up for the 1st Law of Thermodynamics in google, isn't it that NOTHING is LOST, only another form of energy replaces of what is thought to be lost. (use your own English to interpret it)

Pointless to argue!. Just laugh....HAHAHAHAHA! but on the serious side, don't laugh when it comes to GOD! .....IS GOD CREATING A CONTROVERSY BY GIVING US RELIGIONS TO CHOOSE FROM?.... Read on and see my posts on Religion etc.

Wowo!...Must be from one of the Websites.....on RELIGION or the Nibiru stuff, people playing God...jadi BOMOH...pow wow for the Red Indians!!!! hahahaha
(Nibiru - what issit?
Nibiru created the asteroid belt through a cataclysmic collision that now separates us from the outer planets. This is why Nibiru became known to the ancients as the “Planet of Crossing”, and was depicted by a sign of a cross.)

The next clip shows True happenings which can happen again but THE END OF THE WORLD...rubbish, that's UP to GOD!

Just a PREDICTION and betting on it....NOPE, I don't buy it!

wHat is Technology?

It is U, the Cosmos and OUR Survival...it remains a MYSTERY!
Technology can destroy us and it's frightening!

But, ONE THING is 4 SuRe, there is GOD!

so WATCH OUT!

What's in a LaUgh...a GoOdy Good LauGh?...
Laughter is the best medicine so they say. Rightly so. Because Laughing reduces stress levels directly associated with high blood pressure by calming the body into an instant mode of relaxation. It raises your spirit, strengthens your immune system, and protects your heart and simultaneously gives your internal organs a wonderful massage. This promotes proper digestion while toning your midsection, legs, back, and the muscles that hold your internal abdominal organs! A great big hearty laugh is nearly equal to several minutes of hardcore working out.

The IBAN dance from Borneo

Miri is where I live, only an hour's drive from this cosmopolitan city will bring you into the realities of what Malaysia has to offer, diverse traditions and cultures that make up this multi racial nation. Tourists from all over the world have visited Sarawak and they will always be shown or at least will be told of how the Dayaks live in the the interior of the state. If we live in concrete brick walls we called home, theirs are simple longhouses made of wood. The word longhouse has a special meaning to the Dayaks especially from an ethnic majority group, the Ibans. The Ibans are known for their culture of sharing in whatever they do, their culture and tradition goes back into history well before the era of the White Rajahs of Sarawak - the Brooke Dynasty and later the British Colonial Rule - a time when Sarawak was but a virgin jungle. Although today many Dayaks have migrated to the towns and cities to be in the mainstream of the economy, the majority still dwell in their longhouses as farmers. The following clip captures the Iban traditional Dance called the Ngajat.

Beautiful MIRI city today

It was nostalgic when I penned my teenage days in Miri in the 60s. You can read that in my posting earlier. And it was bitter sweet to recall back the vivid moments of the time I spent in Secondary School. I reminisced the days at St.Columba, one of the 2 Mission schools then in Miri which gave me that solid foundry of my early education. Some sad moments too about Miri, the place of demise of my late mum and dad and some other dear family members. The place has brought me to be nearer God whom I would talked to everyday. For the moment, I will never bid it farewell for any other, it's my home.

In the following clip, you will see Miri in all its splendor for the tourists to eye ball in. I am sure it would be of interest to all my dear TWITTER friends wherever they maybe in the world. Allow me to show you this vibrant resort city where I am residing now. You may contact me by all means, if you do plan to visit Malaysia and Miri.

Mistakes can be Progress, if....

Everyone makes mistakes at one point or the other in their lives. This is the inevitable, a fact. After all, like what is said, "TO ERR IS HUMAN". When we do make mistakes, we are concerned and sometimes worried of the wrong that we have done. We may feel sad, sometimes we regret. For many people, mistakes come and go, it’s a daily occurrence they couldn’t be bothered about especially when the mistakes are small ones. But when mistakes are big mistakes, people tend to be more conscious not to repeat their mistakes again.
Mistakes can come at any moment in our lives. Sometimes it just happened; sometimes it is through our very own carelessness. No matter what the mistake is, it is a mistake and we cannot let it occur again. This is the rule of thumb but how many of us take heed of our mistakes. For those who do, they are blessed for they are the ones who will progress faster in what they do.
Mistakes can be fatal too. In the workplace, a stupid mistake can cause a dear life to be lost. Injuries in the workplace where hazards are aplenty, mistakes are not uncommon. Workers learn not to make mistakes through proper training administered by their management.

At one point in my life many years ago, I was afraid of making mistakes. I didn't want to get into an embarrassment of apologizing for my mistakes. Then I began to realize that mistakes are an essential part of self improvement. From then on, it was no turning back. I took that opportunity upon myself to understand what is meant by apologizing with dignity for the mistakes I made and I also realized that it would be futile and a waste of time trying to justify mistakes. But most importantly, I found a way to avoid repeating mistakes. I told myself that we are all not perfectionists as human beings. I also told myself that acceptance of one’s mistakes is acknowledgment of one’s weakness from which a strength is gained. That realization of a strength gained is a catalyst to spur us on with doing things right. That as we all know is progress.

PoRkY pOrKy
I am thinking hard, real hard, whether it would be a mistake to include the following clip in my blog. It's so hilarious...this poky, poky thing...whoever made this video... I stumbled across it actually....no offense to anyone!

President George Bush's biggest mistake was to invade Iraq because he thought the late Saddam Husein had stockpiles of WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) in the Iraqi deserts, there were none. The following clip recorded his other smaller mistakes but because he was then President, people saw these as big mistakes.

When I was a Teenager - the 60's

When I was a Teenager, life was beautiful. Although there were no newspapers, no tv, no internet, no kfc in the mid 60’s, it was fun. We had the radio and that was it. Music came from this bulky stuff with all its tubes and just one speaker and it was great entertainment.

I also remembered my iron horse, the bicycle. Cycling was a luxury, I had my bicycle, and it was branded Robin Hood. Many of my friends had their Raleigh which was a bit more expensive. At 40 Mdollars you could buy one. I cycled most of the time, couldn’t go far except to school and back, round the town and to the beach. Oh the beach was natural, surroundings were clean, Miri was a place of fresh air, people were simple, there was no karaoke but we had dancing parties in the club. There were 3 famous clubs in Miri, Gymkhana Club, Miri Recreation Club and Machinda Club (I guess it stood for Malays, Chinese, Dayak). Everyone knew everyone then. Friends were everywhere. I used to go and watch these adults doing their Waltzes, Tangos and Joget during the dance parties. The men's trousers were baggy and the ladies had make ups as thick as snow. Heheheh. The band was Jazz, a trumpet, a double bass, one guitar and the drummer. They played what we know now as the oldies. Anyone could go up to the mic and sing.

When I was thirsty, Kopi O was the drink. My mum would have that ready in a big pot, it was actually in a kettle. All we siblings would depend on this sweet Kopi O to quench our thirst. No packet drinks, no canned drinks, so you couldn't expect more. A piece of bread bun only costs 10 cents, there were no burgers to think of. Ice Kacang was 10 cents too. Kolok Mee 25 cents.

But the best part was still the radio. That was the wow then. It gave entertainment for everyone at night. There were not many channels to choose from, the famous was BBC (stands for Bristish Broadcasting Corporation). We couldn’t choose the channels at home because our Dad had monopoly of the big stuff everybody loved. He was our Guru in everything. He taught me play the guitar. In the following clip, I am bringing you back into my life with some radio music of the 60s.

I will be posting more about the good old days, just join me here.

Open Up and Understand via the Media

The BLACKBERRY is sold like hotcakes in the midst of fickle minds trying to block websites and ideas flowing. Come on...we should not be shutting off the media. We know that the freedom of speech must be understood by the layman in the context of the law, abuse of its freedom will also be subject to the law.

Regardless of what it is, the majority of journalists the world over are holding their grounds to unrestrained reporting. They know their limits, they have their ethics. Barring them from giving information is screwing up the very system that we should be building.

The question of religion has always been a sensitive issue which I think should be understood by all quarters and explored in depth by intellectuals the world over. We are not leaning to this, we say it is sensitive, hence we avoid discussing it openly. We also know that the media is a platform where this understanding can be shared, communicated and appreciated by everybody. In many countries, this has not been fully supported by the governments where the mainstream media are under their care and control. Vital information on religion is therefore not shared and dissipated in an organized way to everyone. That is to say something that we need to understand about each others religion are not getting through. All we get are sectoral teachings via our respective religion, in churches, synagogues, mosques and temples. We defend ourselves by saying that all religion teaches us good. While this is arguably true, we are not helping the situation to make religion a consensus for all, to be shared and understood.

When we open up with information, we learn. Holding it back can result in negativity and unprecedented backlash. To me, it is important that the Christians understand the goodness of the Islamic faith and the Muslims reciprocally are given the opportunity to understand Christianity. It applies with all other religions. This does NOT mean that one is trying to convert the other. No.

Is Morality eroding in our world today? Could we have it without God? Could religion poison one's mind? Watch the next clip...it's a Debate...watch the body language of all the 3 gentlemen, it tells you something...wow! wow!

Could we not live in PEACE?

We must go back into history to live in peace and harmony for a better tomorrow. Radicalism and religious extremism have no place in a peaceful world. History has the facts. If it had kept precise records of dictators like Hitler and what he did, it didn't tell you much about how the Spaniards trained their fierce dogs to attack, kill and tear the Indians to pieces in the spread of Christianity.
Mustering peace in any parts of the world requires tact and wisdom and I think the rule of thumb is in preserving harmony, garnering support for the harmony and planting it amongst people, communities and nations of the world. It would require us to honour, cherish and cultivate THREE important traits namely tolerance, respect and understanding. These are the seeds for us to sow, the catalysts to harmony. Only then could we have what we called Solidarity. Let's be clear on this.

The United Nations, in its overview stated that it is "...committed to maintaining international peace and security, developing friendly relations among nations and promoting social progress, better living standards and human rights...". This is easier said then done.

Being on this planet EARTH is similar to being on a jet plane going from one place to another. We are all transients sharing a flight, which is temporary. We may not have the best seats for the moment, but we will all soon be landing at our destination. So why should we engage in quarreling over temporary seats? Moreover, those who have the best seats--fancy houses and high paying jobs, the wealthy--will also have to give up their seats when the flight is over, at the time of death. And where they will go after that, no one can really know for sure. Therefore, those who understand the temporary nature of this world will stop fighting and help one another to get through this life on earth. We must henceforth be willing to encourage in all manner possible to strengthen, not threaten life.

Our prejudices can restrict our ability to progress individually and socially. Spiritual understanding and enlightenment, ultimately, is all that will allow us to grow beyond our prejudices and living in a world of distinctions, and bring us to a world of peace and unity. This is a realization of the humbleness within self and giving self the opportunity to co-exist.

Prejudice is more than a conflict with others, it is an internal fight, a negative activity within oneself. We carry it with us wherever we go, an equivalent to a sign of immaturity. It is natural that as people mature, and especially if they develop spiritually, they will get tired of this fight from within. Thus, this lack of maturity in their perception may wear them down and may stifle their ability to contribute to society and themselves. They withdraw from society, remain retarded in this sense and never reach their full potential. As we mature in life and develop spiritually, the fight over prejudicial distinctions becomes boring. For many, it is a waste of time and dangling beneath one's dignity.

Could we not rise above the dictates of the mind and senses and view the Divinity, the Supersoul or God, within everybody with Divine Love. If Real religion means developing the love of God and for God, the authenticity coming from within self and including all of the parts and parcels of God, all the spirit souls, we should find it easier to shed the differences between the names and forms of the Divine, and to work together for a universal acknowledgment of the ONE TRUE GOD.

Slicing of the Throat ...the Master was COOL

The World's Oldest Trade - Prostitution

Prostitution is not a good word. As one of the oldest trade known to mankind, it has blemished the reputation of emperors, kings and presidents. Yet some nations today thrive economically on what they have to offer via prostitution. Social escort services you see advertised legally are mere cover-ups. Let's be clear about that.

Paris is not clean, Hong Kong is not clean, Singapore is not clean and certainly KL is not clean. They all have their RED LIGHT districts. I won't want to mention some other cities or countries around us. They have filtered prostitution to make it a legal trade. So much can be said about this flesh trade, it makes you sick.

Painstakingly, I have found a video clip depicting a city thriving on this oldest profession. Please watch.

Today Pimps, Gigolos, Gays, Lesbians and Pondans make up the Profession....wow!

Real Life Knife Attack

Anyone can be attacked at anytime by thugs. A knife attack is always dangerous. Life today is not becoming more safer. It is just the opposite. Intruders, petty thieves and thugs seem to be thriving under the noses of the police.
Yesterday, thieves tried to enter my gym office by drilling through the key hole of the pad lock. Their noisy intrusion around 1.30 am awoke some occupants of the building on the 3rd floor who chased them down the staircase. I was told they came in a Kancil, Malaysia's smallest car.

Take K...Always...Thugs lurk everywhere, waiting for the chance to pounce on YOU.

Risks come with STYLE

The daredevils thrill you with their acts! Their challenge is themselves. They are out to prove that they can and you can't. The courage is absolute. They know the risks involved, that's for sure. They are the masters of their acts. They are NOT playing with life, far from it. They love their art, they enjoy it. We salute them.

The next clip is even bizarre. It is not magic, nothing there to practice, you can't be practicing swallowing nails. That will be a crazy idea, the risks will be too high. You must watch it to believe....believe it or not???

If there are any hidden secrets, only he knows it, the man who eats nails!
He has what you have not, an art, a bizarre art...wow!

The Preacher Energized

You may have second thoughts after watching this bombastic video. That's a decision you make. Here the Preacher is talking about us and the almighty GOD, his request for us to step aside, forget the past and step out of the box, obviously for a better life. Now, we can't do it by praying alone, that is known.

In the modern day even Preaching comes with style. Of course Biblical preaching goes back into history. It comes in a package complete with body language and a loud voice. The Preacher cannot be soft and weak because he is a leader, perhaps chosen by GOD to lead the congregation and in this case, the Church.

Apparently we all live in an age where people need the visual. The visual is not only on our televisions or on our laptops, but on the screen in front of us all day, be it at home, in the office or at the supermarket. Indeed, we are bombarded by the visual everywhere we look. That makes me to think that people need something visual during the sermon too....wow!...Certainly the impact of the communication matters and The Preacher knows it.

God be with you. Amen.

Street Magic and David Blaine said "GOD is the witness"....wowow, I have no comments, you watch...

...the trouble is, you see, people want to play God.

Dancing through the years

Dancing is an art. It is fun and serious business for some.We dance becasue we like it. Michael Jackson was a great dancer. From the traditional folk dances of countries to ballet, the modern day hip hop and our local joget, dancing will remain as an expression of ideas, bodily movements are sometimes as exotic and erotic as the rhythms themselves.Dancing comes in all styles, many are indeed graceful although some can be offending. It is certainly good exercise, do it!

The famous Mr Bean is Rowan Sebastian Atkinson, comedian, actor and writer.Rowan's film career began in 1983 with a supporting role in the James Bond movie Never Say Never Again. He's an Anglican and happily married.

Below you will see the man who dances with politics in Malaysia. He is the Prime Minister, Najib...many bloggers in Malaysia Today called him Najis...sounds disrespectful....well, that's the way it is...we make fun of names!

Malaysia is one of the most peaceful countries in the WORLD..

Our Federal Constitution article 3(1) states that:

Islam is the religion of the Federation; but other religions may be practised in peace and harmony in any part of the Federation.

So, what is the big fuss all about? To those who are trying to kick up the dust, I must tell you that Malaysia is one of the most peaceful nations on Earth? Have you ever thought of that? You don't have to wander far with such thoughts. Think of Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and our neighbour Indonesia, you will say NO, not these places. You can forget about Pakistan, India, China or where you can be shot at anytime, the US.

Yes, Singapore maybe nice but you have to make do with a gigantic forest of brick walls. Everything is solid and artificial. Head north to the very much Christian nation of the Phillipines, exotic nightlife can make you broke and the typhoon and volcanoes will make you shudder in your pants. And when you are left with neighbouring Brunei, you discover that you have no pubs to karaoke, alcohol consumption is also taboo. Alright, head for the Middle East, go and camp out in the desert, the blazing sun will thirst you out. That's when you come back to your senses and yearn for the place you can called home, your beautiful Malaysia.

Global Warming (Penan Rape Case)

Certainly rapid industralization in the west should take the bulk of the blame! It's unfair to focus attention on developing nations like Malaysia. Some even use the Penans to champion their seemingly biased cause. The Rape Case of the poor Penan lass had been overblown amid the fact that, the majority of the Penans are unaware of the issue.

The following was in my email today:
"PLEASE help the Penans of Sarawak - I first read about them and their plight in Al Gore's first book, Earth in the balance...they are facing Extinction ! ( and I visited one of their pathetic makeshift villages back in the late 1980s.)

Sign this..and forward it....let's join the caring Europeans/Americans like Dr Glen Barry who are trying to halt this terrible destruction of forest and its inhabitants. ....LOVE
"

Our Purpose in the Universe

We all live in dreams for a better tomorrow. Nobody wants to be poor. However, human beings can never be satisfied with what they have, the urge to have more, to know more and wanting more in life goes back with history. We evolve with history, we make history. There are both the positive and negative sides to turning our dreams into reality in charting this history. We hope and we strive. We make friends and we create enemies. This is our temporary sanctuary. We are just a speck of dust in the Universe. Make the best of it!

A thought to Poverty and Being Poor

The poor will thank God for a simple bowl of rice. The poor can sit and watch you eat your burger, thinking of one they couldn’t afford to buy for their son or daughter. The poor is the student who dreams of having 2 pairs of uniform for school. The poor is having no breakfast but make do with a glass of water.
The poor do have their deep sense of happiness in GOD. They are the true believers, the poor.

Is our country now overloaded with explosive political preoccupations, too many to keep straight?

Here's a message I received in my email:

"...I am afraid and skeptical of the future my crystal ball shows me now. The glimpses of the impending nightmare are so hideous that the pain and suffering to our beloved Malaysia will be unfathomable.".

It is rare but it's Real - Authenticity

Even with GOD, when you pray.
It's a journey not a destination, a process not an answer.

Where and how could we find that TRUE LOVE...or do we want to just say the words to please? .... Is that authentic? Think about it!

Without GOD, our week would be:
Sinday, Mournday, Tearsday, Wasteday,
Thirstday, Fightday & Shatterday.

Remember seven days WITHOUT GOD makes
one WEAK!!

Malaysians should be thankful to him for helping the Rakyat

The Bintulu MP, Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing who is also the Treasurer General of SPDP, a strong component of BN in Sarawak is getting the upper hand in the tussle with Ong Tee Keat, the troubled MCA’s President. Tiong has met the press and Malaysiakini carried the stories with video clips that explain all. He looks resilient and very composed. MCA’s political squabbles are none of his business and rightly so, because what has he to gain by disturbing MCA’s leadership crisis.

Could Sleep cause your mood swings?

Sleep can make your day happy or sad. Sleep requirements vary from person to person, some people are revitalized after a short sleep whilst others will wake up feeling lousy after 8 hours of sleep. Sleep enables the body and mind to rejuvenate, re energize, and restore.

Sleep deprivation is bad for health. The average sleep-deprived individual may experience impaired performance, irritability, lack of concentration, and daytime drowsiness. They are less alert, attentive, and unable to concentrate effectively. Additionally, because sleep is linked to restorative processes in the immune system, sleep deprivation in a normal adult causes a biological response similar to the body fighting off an infection.

So do make sure you have enough sleep...a glass of warm milk can make you sleep soundly. Try it!
