Barricaded in your house...feeling unsafe

High walls are typically jail-like. Your house is barricaded, your family is barricaded. Are you safe? How safe? You believe you are safe. Feeling safe is all what you want.
Security seems to be catching up with the richer of the rich in Malaysia. They fenced themselves up, alarm system and surveillance cameras are all in place and positioned at strategic locations in the garden and around the house. The very rich have guards and dogs to make up the force. Miri is no exception as more and more of those feeling unsafe look for security at home. I have none of those. My home is simple and my gates unlocked at night. I use simple lights to make the place look bright. Inside, I have the Lord to look after us.
